Return Eligibility

We accept returns on retail items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Preorder or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please deliver or mail your item within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or voluntary returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or denied.

Denied returns may be:

  • Shipped back to you at your expense
  • Disposed of upon request

If return shipping is requested after denial, an invoice must be paid before shipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for retail items only and are subject to product availability.

We do not offer exchanges for sale or preorder items.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
